In May we decided we needed a getaway before the Coast Guard sent Kevin to AC and R school in VA so we took off to Asheville for a long weekend. We visited Katie Abbott at the Biltmore, how amazing is that place?! Then, we decided to be adventurous and go down the Nantahala outside of Asheville where the water is always 50-54 degrees year round!!! We had a blast!
